My name is Mariana and I am certified Life Coach, Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher. Through Yoga, Coaching, and Mindfulness practices I help you work through challenges, navigate change, work towards your goals, and ultimately live the life that wants to live through you.

Mindfulness
The practice of attuning to ourselves, listening, and getting to know our mind, heart, and body. This generates awareness & opens space for freedom and choice.
MBSR Programme
Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) is an eight-week evidence-based programme that offers mindfulness practices to assist people with symptoms associated with stress, anxiety, depression, or pain.
Yoga
The practice of direct participation in your life. Yoga is an intimate connection with your Self and this connection ensures you are living your own life; the one that wants to live through you.
