Through breath-centered yoga, trauma-informed therapy, and presence, I support you in moving from overwhelm and disconnection to clarity, inner alignment, and a sense of coming home to yourself.

I’m Mariana — a Human Centered and Gestalt therapist, life coach, and teacher of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.

Each session meets you where you are. There’s no fixed path — we follow what unfolds naturally, together.

We do not heal alone; we heal in relationship. In fact, it is the relationship itself that is the healing. I offer sessions where all of your experience belongs and is received.
We start with the knowing, feeling, and understanding that we are already complete — there is no problem with our existence. We tune into the reality of life and the body. From this place, the conversation makes sense and is alive. We open space and embrace what hurts, persists, and repeats, and we let the wisdom of your body and relationship transform it

Through this process, old patterns are explored and revised. As awareness grows, we regain our flexibility, access new responses, and expand our ability to act with creativity and spontaneity.

Gestalt Psychotherapy

Gestalt therapy is a holistic, present-centered approach that fosters awareness, responsibility, and authentic living. It supports personal growth by transforming outdated patterns and reconnecting with one’s true needs.

Mindfulness

The practice of attuning to ourselves, listening, and getting to know our mind, heart, and body. This generates awareness & opens space for freedom and choice.

MBSR Programme

Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) is an eight-week evidence-based programme that offers mindfulness practices to assist people with symptoms associated with stress, anxiety, depression, or pain.

Yoga

The practice of direct participation in your life. Yoga is an intimate connection with your Self and this connection ensures you are living your own life; the one that wants to live through you.

Yoga is meditation in action. The action of love and devotion.
