Yoga & psychotherapy.

Healing is no fixing - it is inhabiting yourself

Honour what’s present, embrace what’s possible.

Welcome to a space of connection and, therefore, healing.

Here, you'll discover a unique approach that integrates yoga and Humanistic Gestalt psychotherapy — creating a safe, supportive space to hold, release, and transform what’s present, so you can inhabit yourself with love, presence, and authenticity.

I’m Mariana — a Gestalt therapist, life coach, and teacher of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. Together, we’ll navigate challenges, move through change, work toward your goals, and find greater ease and peace in your life. We’ll design a path that feels purposeful and fulfilling, so you can live the life that is waiting to unfold through you.

I offer yoga, coaching, and mindfulness services to individuals and organisations worldwide, in both English and Spanish.

Integrated Yoga & Psychotherapy

One on One Sessions

An intimate and safe space where body, emotion, and mind meet.
Through a deep integration of Heart of Yoga and Humanistic Gestalt Psychotherapy, you’ll be invited to:

✨ Listen to your body and its messages
✨ Gently explore what hurts, repeats, or resists
✨ Inhabit yourself with greater presence, clarity, and authenticity
✨ Reclaim your vitality, your center, your truth

Each session is adapted to what you are living today.
Sometimes we begin in the body, other times with words, or with silence.
There is no fixed path — I’m here to walk with you as you discover your own.

My work is the union of two deeply human paths:

Yoga, as a science of intimacy with life — a practice that reminds us there is nothing to attain, because we are already whole.

Gestalt Psychotherapy, which creates a safe space to look at our pains, wounds, patterns, and challenges with compassion and awareness.

How are they integrated?

The practice of yoga is not an addition to therapy — it is its foundation.
Conscious movement and breath reconnect us with the body, the source of our innate wisdom.
From that embodied connection, therapeutic conversation emerges from a place that is safe and alive — not purely intellectual — where we can meet what hurts, what repeats, and what is asking to be transformed.

Core principles of this approach:

🌱 Wholeness is not something we reach — it is our starting point.
🌱 We are the expression of life’s wisdom.
🌱 The breath connects mind and body — from there, the mind makes sense.
🌱Change isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about showing up to who you already are.

Connect with the reality of your life — your body, your mind, your emotional and spiritual world — through your practice of intimacy with life and a safe, healing therapeutic relationship.

Gestalt Psychotherapy

Gestalt therapy is a holistic, present-centered approach that fosters awareness, responsibility, and authentic living. It supports personal growth by transforming outdated patterns and reconnecting with one’s true needs.

Mindfulness

The practice of attuning to ourselves, listening, and getting to know our mind, heart, and body. This generates awareness & opens space for freedom and choice.

MBSR Programme

Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) is an eight-week evidence-based programme that offers mindfulness practices to assist people with symptoms associated with stress, anxiety, depression, or pain.

Yoga

The practice of direct participation in your life. Yoga is an intimate connection with your Self and this connection ensures you are living your own life; the one that wants to live through you.

Yoga is meditation in action. The action of love and devotion.
